Clicker FAQ (COVID-19)

I need to return a clicker from Spring 2020

The grace period has passed. You will now be required to pay the $10 late fee, or $40 replacement fee. 

Follow instructions below: 

I need to return a clicker from a previous semester & pay the late fee

Please follow these instructions:

• Visit our office (Petty 321) during open hours (M-F 10am – 12pm, 2pm – 4pm)
• Pay $10 late fee in cash or check

OR

• Mail your clicker (Attn: UNCG Physics Dept. PO Box 26170, Greensboro NC 27402)
• Include the $10 late fee (cash or check)
• Send an email (with tracking # if available) to phy_astr@uncg.edu so we know you’ve sent it
• Once we receive your email, we will contact the cashier’s office to lift the hold

I’ve lost my clicker and there is a hold on my account
