Three College Observatory

The observatory is approximately 40 minutes east of Greensboro. From Greensboro proceed east on Interstate 85 to the Burlington area.

From the Chapel Hill — Raleigh — Durham area:
Proceed west on I 85 to the vicinity of Burlington — Graham (near exit 147 on I85/I40).

From the Greensboro — Winston-Salem area:
Proceed east on I 85 to the vicinity of Burlington — Graham (near exit 147).

You may find it useful to use Mapquest or other internet maps to generate driving directions. The gravel road leading to the observatory is very close to the private home that is located near the mailbox at approximately 5106 Thompson Mill Road, Graham, NC 27253
